Rebekah Lorewood
Counselor
Rebekah grew up creek stomping, swimming, and playing in the woods near her family’s plot of land in the countryside of Attica, Indiana. She’s taught yoga and meditation in the city for over a decade and holds a 200 hour yoga certification, along with a 100 hour prenatal yoga certification from Cityoga. She recently completed her Indiana Master Naturalist certificate.
Though Rebekah’s specialties are storytelling and teaching movement, she spent her college years as a nanny and has had long time interests in studying child development, respectful relating, plant medicine, singing and music, dancing and moving her body with curiosity and play, and inviting the practice of mindfulness to touch all aspects of her being and doing.
